3[A] [Preliminary Research & Reading List] (10%)
Due: Thursday, January 28 as a Word docx & on your HOTGLUE page

For this first deadline, prepare a description of your preliminary research that includes:
* At least one central question that your project will grapple with;
* Some sense of the visual strategy you plan to explore, including at least one visual example (for example, a map; a visual collage; examples of previous work; an existing image; source material you plan to pull from; the visual exploration of a colour palette, etc);
*A short description of the project that relates the subject, theme or concept your work engages with (maximum 250 words – open to both formal and experimental forms of writing – submitted as a Word docx);
*At least two examples of things you plan to read as your research develops across the semester.

Strategies of approach will be provided in class.
